What do Saorsa Capital Investments (SCI) do as General Partners (GP) to create investment opportunities? It’s said often, we have to kiss a lot of frogs to find the right deal, but what does that mean? At 6 months of operations, we’ve reviewed +100 leads, underwritten over 50 deals, and submitted 5 offers. We made best and final twice, with one offer accepted by the seller but decided against moving forward after identifying structural issues during due diligence (more on that in a future newsletter). We continue to work hard to find our next deal.
Apartment investing is a team sport with a high barrier to entry. We interact daily with brokers, property owners, industry professionals, and investors. We’ve also brought on mentors with expertise in multifamily syndication to help us in our pursuit of becoming elite investors.
Every deal presents unique challenges and requires a specific combination of activities, skills, and knowledge to be successful. SCI manages all aspects of acquisition, hires all contractors, property managers, vendors, secures financing, manages the asset, implements the business plan, and oversees the disposition. As a team, we partner with our investors, who provide equity for the project. The goal is simple, make your money work for you!
